Community First Aid Courses
Everyone should know first aid and we deliver many different courses to groups and clubs throughout the UK. Carers and Babysitters First Aid courses are both available for everyone involved with children, from mums and dads, group leaders, school staff and sports facilitators .
First Aid for Bikers and other Road Users
A three hours fact filled and practical course offering modules on incident management, emergency life support and basic first aid. What 'kit' to have. Do you take the helmet off? Head trauma management. Do back protectors work? Spinal and neck injury management.
Equestrian Relevant First Aid
A 1, 3 hrs or FULL 1 or 3 Day Course available for all equestrians covering remote incident management, emergency life support, head and spinal trauma (including the log roll technique), helmet removal, use of body protectors and all relevant issues. Our First Aid for Pony Owners is very popular and can be just 1 hr as a basic start. Large equestrian organisations such as The Northern Racing College and British Horse Racing Authority are well established customers.
First Aid for Sports
Most of us involve ourselves in sports related activities but are we prepared IF an accident happened ? A basic First Aid course could make a difference. We offer a 1, 3 or full day course to ensure and instill safe practice and cope with an accident.
First Aid for Farmers
Farming has the highest percentage of accidents in industry in the UK. Farms are getting bigger and duty of care to staff in a legal sense is required. Our First Aid for Farmers (and that includes agriculture and horticulture ) course takes you through all issues relevant to farming and includes remote incident management, emergency life support, spinal injury management, crush and suspension injuries, alongside basic first aid.
